Flex-Channel System Custom:

I-TS-3872 / I-TS-3872-SiC Standard: State-of-the-art, liquid-cooled DC source/sink. Depending on your requirements, the system can be used in various operating modes. Selected options provide additional support for your application.

Our high-performance test system I-TS (Infeed test system) is a highly dynamic, bidirectional DC power supply with continuous and uninterrupted transition from source to sink operation. Thanks to the 3-level technology, it offers an adjustable voltagerange of 10–1,500 V with a grounded neutral point. However, the DC channels can also be operated individually or in parallel. The outstanding performance is the basis for a wide range ofapplications in the automotive, hydrogen and laboratory sectors.

  • Main switch (load break switch at the AC connection; lockable in the OFF position)
  • Safety control for performance level d (PLd) in accordance with ISO 13849-1 / EN 60204-1
  • 1 set of terminal blocks for external “Emergency Stop” (2-channel with cross-short detection)
  • 2x terminals for external "Stop" (for the output channel, 2-channel with cross-short detection)
  • 1 set of terminal blocks for external "operating mode selection" (2-channel with cross-short detection)
  • 2 DC contactors per output channel
  • Voltmeter and indicator light in cabinet door
  • Terminals for external DC voltage measurement (sense wires)
  • 2 isolation monitoring circuits (switchable separately)
  • Display with touch operation
  • "Battery Tester / Battery Simulator" version, switchable
  • Ethernet Interface for Modbus TCP and VNC
  • CAN Bus Interface
