I-TS-3842: Single-Channel System – overload
The I-TS-3842 is a single-channel DC source / sink that can be supplemented with selected options.
The I-TS-3842 achieves a measurement accuracy of 0.03 % for voltage and 0.05 % fs for current as standard.
For designs ≥ 1000 V DC, we achieve a voltage rise time of 250 V / ms.
Our high-performance test system I-TS (Infeed test system) is a high dynamic, bidirectional DC power supply with continuous and seamless transition from source to sink operation. The outstanding performance is the basis for a wide range of applications in the automotive, hydrogen and laboratory sectors.
Safety equipment
- The I-TS-3842 impresses even in the standard system configuration with its extensive equipment and is therefore ready for immediate use by customers from all over the world. The following is a small excerpt:
- ≥ 1000 V / voltage rise time of 250 V / ms
- Capable of withstanding overload for 30 seconds every 10 minutes.
- Main switch (load break switch with fuses on the AC connection; lockable during exhibitions)
- Safety control for performance level d (PLd) in accordance with ISO 13849-1 / EN 60204-1
- Display with touch operation
- Analog voltmeter in cabinet door
- Terminal connections for DC voltage measurement (accuracy 0.03% with sense leads)
- Connection terminals for external “emergency stop” and “stop”
- Modbus TCP-IP interface; CAN bus (“100 Hz” with dbc fi le); VNC via Ethernet
